Spartans Futsal Club is a year-round Futsal Club aimed at players aged 6-to 18. We are dedicated to the mission of providing a safe and high-quality environment for youth athletes to develop and compete in the world’s most creative game. We will ensure an environment for players to grow in confidence and creativity!
A Unique way of Play
Our club is designed with specific objectives for developing players. Our Values and Methodology form us. Each player is formed with our core values: Respect, Humility, Effort, Commitment, Ambition, Teamwork, and Graceful acceptance of outcomes.
Our goal for all players is to learn and play The Spartans style, which features:
- Dominating possession,
- Tenacious defending,
- Intelligent positioning, and
- Individual creativity.
Methodology
At Spartans Futsal CLub, our coaches teach and train all of our players according to our Values, Curriculum and Methodology. It is core to our club's identity.

Creating a new culture of player development demanding quick touches, quick thinking, and quick movement with an emphasis on Rotation. Movements and exchanges of positions are organized and must be part of Futsal Training to create a movement pattern for a futsal team.
The goals of Futsal rotation are:
- create a movement pattern for the players when the team has possession of the ball;
- confuse the opposing team’s defense;
- cause errors in the opposing team’s defensive positioning;
- make room for the ball and players to infiltrate the opposing defense;
- create spaces for shots to the goal.
Our main goal is to enhance players' skills and decision-making in their integral formation, teaching them how to become better players and good society members.
The Spartan player learns what Teamwork is. Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal. The four key characteristics of a team include a shared goal, interdependence, boundedness and stability, the ability to manage their own work and internal process, and operate in a bigger social system.
